oh man I have everything ready to roll to make these adorable things, but they wont print correctly! The fourth square in divided into 2 smaller squares and a rectangle and different sized stripes so it only prints 3 workable hats not 4??? i have tried both of your download links any suggestions?

Thank you Tonya but the problem I have found is finding the ones you used where the cap turns into a free standing base! I will check Michaels! Thanks for the advice!

I purchased mine from a specialty cake decorating store, but I did a quick search this morning and found these: https://www.aliexpress.com/promotion/promotion_push-pop-promotion.html I also found heart-shaped ones on Amazon.
